Strategic Talent Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Talent Manager to join our HR team, responsible for executing and enhancing talent management programs across the organization. This role aims to identify, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring HR strategy aligns with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Talent Review: Organize and facilitate talent review sessions with line managers and HR Business Partners to assess employee performance and development needs.
* Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans for critical roles, identifying and supporting high-potential talent for key positions and future leadership roles.
* Performance Management: Coordinate performance management processes, including objective setting, development planning, and evaluations, providing hands-on support to managers and HR.
* Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop strategic workforce plans addressing future staffing needs, aligning with HR and other departments to create effective workforce strategies.
* Talent Retention: Design and implement retention strategies, analyzing exit data and proposing improvements to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing talent-related projects (min. 5 years): talent review, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, internal mobility.
* Skill in drafting and updating HR/talent policies and guidelines.
* Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in both English and Dutch (spoken and written).

This role is part of the HR Talent team within the People & Tech Solutions department, supporting strategic goals by developing and delivering integrated talent management strategies. The mission operates under the Managed Service Provider framework agreement handled by Solvus.
