We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator & Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to promote and facilitate access to innovative radiotheranostics.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Accounting Assistant, or similar role. You will be responsible for managing ambassador relations, coordinating travel logistics, organizing meetings and events, and handling office management tasks.

You will also provide operations support and technical assistance follow-up, encode supplier invoices, manage payments and expense reports, and verify monthly credit card statements.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic startup environment. Fluency in French and English is required, and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

* Manage ambassador relations and document follow-ups
* Coordinate travel logistics (bookings, visas, invitation letters)
* Organize meetings and events, manage invitations, reminders, room bookings, and catering
* Handle office management tasks, including supplies, business cards, and meal arrangements
* Create tutorials, internal process documents, and handle translations
* Provide operations support and technical assistance follow-up (facilities, IT, Odoo)
* Encode supplier invoices and create client invoices
* Manage payments and expense reports
* Verify monthly credit card statements
* Create purchase orders
