🔍 Join our client, a prominent player in the FMCG sector, in a pivotal Sales Assistant role. This position is designed to provide essential administrative and coordination support to our dynamic sales and marketing teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling our commercial efforts to thrive. A significant part of your role involves managing and verifying invoices across both retail and out-of-home (Horeca) channels. In addition, you will act as one of the two primary points of contact for our field teams in the Home, Impulse, and Horeca segments. Through your proactive support, you help ensure that our teams can operate seamlessly and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
You plan and coordinate field meetings in close collaboration with our district managers, taking care of tasks such as booking locations, setting the agenda, and arranging catering facilities.
~ Beyond sales, you will dedicate approximately one day per week to supporting the marketing department. This includes updating our internal Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) based on consumer inquiries and serving as a vital link between the marketing team and external agencies. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and especially Excel, with the ability to handle pivots and manage databases. Familiarity with CRM systems (like C4C/Salesforce) is a plus.
You are bilingual (French/Dutch) or highly proficient in both, enabling seamless communication across our diverse teams and client base.
You have a first professional experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, demonstrating your readiness to contribute from day one .
