HR Manager – Belgium (Brussels) | Fixed-Term Contract (18–24 months)
We are partnering with a global technoc organisation undergoing a significant period of transformation to appoint a HR Manager for its Belgian operations. This confidential assignment calls for a seasoned HR leader who can operate with discretion, maturity, and impact.
In this role, you will strengthen HR capability across the organisations medium-sized Belgian entity, working closely with senior leadership to support organisational resilience and drive people-focused initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing managerial effectiveness, navigating complex workforce matters, and fostering a healthy, engaged, and sustainable working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR operations and advisory activities across Belgium, ensuring full compliance with national labour regulations.
Manage sensitive and complex ER matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and wellbeing-related cases.
Support initiatives that reduce absenteeism and promote a resilient, positive work culture.
Partner with senior stakeholders on transformation-related people matters.
Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, guidance and structured support.
What You Bring
Extensive HR leadership experience within Belgium, ideally within medium-sized organisations.
Deep knowledge of Belgian labour law and regulations related to wellbeing at work.
A strong track record managing complex ER cases and driving constructive solutions.
Fluency in English, plus French and/or Dutch (both welcome; French not required over Dutch and vice versa).
Ability to operate with discretion, handle high-sensitivity topics, and manage change effectively.
