Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture LeadWe are looking for a hands-on technical leader to own the design, governance, and evolution of our cloud and infrastructure environment. You will combine architectural responsibility with team leadership while remaining deeply involved in technical decision-making.
Design and maintain secure, scalable cloud and infrastructure architectures.Lead cloud platform governance, landing zone design, policy enforcement, and cost optimization.Oversee workload migrations and hybrid/cloud integrations.Manage monitoring, resilience, performance optimization, and operational continuity.Lead and coach a small team of infrastructure specialists, including capacity planning and prioritization.Align architecture roadmaps with business and IT strategy.
Strong experience in enterprise cloud architecture (Microsoft Azure).Deep understanding of Azure networking, identity (Entra ID/Azure AD), RBAC, and policy management.Experience with Microsoft 365 governance, endpoint management (Intune), and identity & access management.Solid knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, security controls, hardening, and risk management.Strong understanding of IT operations, service continuity, and performance tuning.
