About the Role:
As a Travel Customer Agent, you will serve as the primary contact for customers seeking support before, during, or after their trips. Using digital communication channels, you’ll handle inquiries related to reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and general travel guidance—helping create a seamless and worry-free journey for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist travellers via chat, email, and online platforms with a wide range of travel inquiries
* Handle reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, including modifications and cancellations
* Provide accurate information about travel plans, entry requirements, baggage policies, and refund processes
* Support customers with account-related concerns, payments, and loyalty or rewards programs
* Identify urgent or complex cases, such as delays or missed connections, and escalate appropriately
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent service delivery
* Meet defined quality standards, productivity goals, and response-time KPIs
* Stay updated on travel regulations, destination changes, system tools, and process enhancements
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
* Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
* Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
* Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
