At Group-GTS, we're growing rapidly, and to achieve that growth, we're looking for a strategic and enthusiastic Team Lead Recruitment & Selection. In this role, you'll be responsible not only for attracting the right people but also for building a rock-solid employer brand across all our European sites.
What will you do?
As Team Lead, you'll lead our (international) recruitment team and oversee the direction of our international recruitment.
* Recruitment Management: You'll coordinate the publication and posting of vacancies and ensure that our team processes applications promptly and professionally.
* Onboarding & Retention: You'll set up a seamless preboarding and onboarding process to maximize the retention of our new colleagues.
* Strategic Employer Branding: You'll continuously boost our employer branding through social media, the job page, and eye-catching campaigns.
* Networking & Partnerships: You'll maintain contacts with schools and recruitment agencies, and manage relationships with our recruitment partners in Belgium, Germany, and Poland.
* Expertise & Backup: You'll advise on complex salary proposals and act as a backup for accurate payroll and personnel administration.

* Transport expert: You're passionate about the transportation sector and have excellent knowledge of the various job requirements within a transport environment.
* Leadership skills: You're enthusiastic, confident, and know how to motivate a team with your can-do attitude.
* Systematic & Results-oriented: You independently set priorities and work extremely accurately, even under pressure.
* Creative thinker: You think outside the box to promote our recruitment campaigns and events.
