Challenge?
* Develop and execute the commercial strategy for growth within existing customers (upsell & cross-sell)
* Lead, coach and inspire a team of sales reps focused on customer expansion
* Define clear commercial objectives, KPIs and growth targets per segment and product line
* Analyze data and customer insights to identify and prioritize sales opportunities
* Launch targeted campaigns together with marketing and customer success (account-based & value-based selling)
* Work closely with product teams to create compelling bundles, packages and new propositions
* Optimize sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting and reporting
* Report to the executive team on growth, pipeline and strategic insights
Profile?
* At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales, including several years in a leadership role within SaaS or tech
* Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record in upselling and cross-selling within existing customer portfolios
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
* Highly analytical: you use data to drive focus and decisions
* Strong communicator and influencer across all levels of the organization
* Experienced with modern sales methodologies (e.g. value-based selling, MEDDIC, SPIN)
* Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, product and customer success teams
* Affinity with e-health or strong interest in healthcare technology is a plus
* Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French are an asset)
