Our client, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking a professional to drive the delivery of large-scale physical security and digital access projects. This role focuses on modernizing access control management systems across numerous locations by automating processes and improving user experience.

Define and deliver badge delivery strategies for large-scale technical migrations involving a significant user base.
Identify and implement standardized access control solutions including electronic keys, QR codes, and digital badge layouts.
Lead the digitalization of badge lifecycle processes, visitor management, and contractor systems with a focus on user experience.
Coordinate the deployment of automatic access rights management systems and central security management tools.
Manage internal stakeholders to align security and compliance requirements with organizational flexibility.
Drive change management initiatives to facilitate the transition from legacy systems to modern digital solutions.
Maintain project governance frameworks including reporting structures, KPIs, and documentation repositories.
You have
8+ years of experience in project management
and operations within large, complex organizations.
You bring 5+ years of experience in
physical security systems or digital access control management.
You possess 3+ years of experience with
process digitalization and automated workflow design.
You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to adapt communication to diverse audiences.
You possess a solution-driven mindset with the ability to balance quick wins against structural changes.
You have experience leading change management and transformation initiatives.
You are able to build and lead effective project teams in virtual or hybrid environments.
You are fluent in
English ,
Dutch, and
French .
Nice to Haves
Technical or technological background.
Experience with
SAP-HR
integrations.
Knowledge of

design principles for digital service portals.
