PKey Responsibilities - Audit the existing boards and propose a configuration based on a standard model; - Define common guidelines and secure team buy-in; - Implement and automate KPIs (burndown, velocity, project comparisons, etc.); - Train and coach teams on using and interpreting reports; - Drive change management and assess the migration of existing data. Expected Deliverables - Documented new board model; - User guides and training materials; - Ready-to-use KPI dashboards; - Validated migration plan and deployment schedule. Skills Requirements - Azure DevOps certifications and agile methodologies (Scrum Master, PSPO, or equivalent); - Proven experience in coaching, training, and change management; - Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps reporting (Analytics Views, Power BI); - Ability to simplify complex topics and bring together multidisciplinary teams; - Excellent communication skills (FR/NL/EN). /p
