Senior Construction Risk & Change Manager – Data Centre Construction (Belgium)
We are seeking an experienced Risk & Change Manager with a strong career history in construction (ideally Data Centres) to join our client’s team on a long‑term assignment in Belgium.
Key Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Risk & Change role in construction, ideally with data centre project experience.
Must be willing and able to live in Belgium for the duration of the project.
Right to work in the EU/Belgium (no sponsorship provided).

Day to Day Responsibilities
Overall management and tracking of Early Warning Notifications (EWNs), Risk Management and Change Management processes (30% Risk, 70% Change).
Manage and host EWNs, Risk and Change meetings with key stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
Escalate submissions that breach agreed escalation thresholds.
Manage Change communication and ensure stakeholders are informed of change orders and action as required.
Maintain a Client Database and ensure comprehensive detail is managed effectively.
Develop realistic risk impact assessments, seeking feedback from key experts to ensure risks and mitigation efforts are accurately costed and scheduled.
Prepare reports on change and risk status for inclusion in monthly project reports.
Manage and report to the Owner on total Project Contingency budget versus actual spend and maintain the change order log demonstrating drawdown of contingency.
Qualifications
Degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline, with a focus on Risk & Change Management.
Experience delivering large‑scale complex construction projects.
Experience using industry risk management tools (Safran Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, ARM, Xactium, RiskPredict).
Working knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO, AACE and PMI Risk Management guidelines.
Fluent in English (both oral and written).
Currently living in or willing to relocate to Farciennes, Belgium (legal right to work required).
Detail‑oriented and quality‑focused.

€110‑130k DOE
