Where no two days are the same. /p h3YOUR ROLE /h3 pWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist specializing in timeseries analysis to work with our AI Research team in the automotive sector. In this exciting role, you will innovate and accelerate the deployment of cutting‑edge machine‑learning techniques for driving and car monitoring technologies. /p ul liDeveloping and implementing machine‑learning models that monitor and analyze time series data in real‑time for automotive applications /li liCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to ensure the integration and usability of models /li liEvaluating and adapting algorithms from the time series literature to solve complex automotive challenges /li liBuilding experiment protocols to validate hypotheses and contributions while maintaining rigorous documentation /li liCreating and supporting demonstrations using actual systems and preparing field tests for real‑world validation /li liMaintaining version control of code and models using Git and implementing best practices for reproducible research in automotive data projects /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liMaster's degree required (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Mathematics with 3‑5 years of relevant experience /li liStrong expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including knowledge of classical algorithms and foundation models (large vision models, multi‑modal models) /li liProven experience with time series analysis and working with large real‑time datasets /li liExperience in creating, tuning, and deploying deep neural networks in practical environments /li liProficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit‑learn) /li liStrong knowledge of Linux environments and experience with HPC (preferably AWS and Azure) /li liResearch‑oriented mindset combined with a hands‑on, practical approach to problem‑solving /li liExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings effectively /li liFluent in English /li /ul h3What You Will Love About Working Here /h3 ul liEmpowering environment - Autonomy and Goal setting are among the top scores with 8,4+ ratings in our monthly employee feedback Pulse. /li liFlexAbroad - Employees in 20+ countries can work abroad for up to 45 days in a 12‑month period. /li liFree access to learning platforms - Free access for all to world‑class learning assets and curated programs from Harvard Business Review, Coursera, Pluralsight, Udemy, Microsoft, AWS, Google and many more. /li liWorldwide Leader of Engineering Services - Capgemini Engineering combines its broad industry knowledge and cutting‑edge technologies in digital and software to support the convergence of the physical and digital worlds.
