Mission of the Role
As a CRO Expert, you are the driving force behind our digital sales and customer growth acceleration. You transform data into action, experiments into breakthroughs, and friction into seamless experiences. In a fast‑moving digital landscape, you orchestrate meaningful improvements across the sales funnels — from the very first click to the final sale – to push up conversion rates.
Your Responsibilities as CRO Expert
Conversion & Experimentation
* Build and own a bold CRO roadmap that pushes boundaries and challenges assumptions – across digital onboarding & account opening, financing, and payment solutions.
* Run high‑impact A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target.
* Spot funnel drop‑offs instantly and turn insights into tangible conversion wins.
* Translate results into crisp, actionable recommendations that inspire squads to move fast.
Funnel Optimization & Analytics
* Dive deep into Adobe Analytics to decode user behaviour and uncover growth opportunities.
* Track the full funnel — from click to sale — and steer optimizations where they matter most.
* Own CRO KPIs and tell the story behind the numbers: conversion rate, start rate, drop‑offs, CPA and beyond.
Content, UX & SEO Enhancements
* Hunt down friction and elevate every step of the customer journey.
* Boost landing‑page and sales‑flow performance through sharp UX, smart content and SEO‑savvy improvements.
* Spot new capabilities and innovations that push our digital sales engine forward.
Collaboration & Best Practice Sharing
* Partner daily with Sales colleagues, Marketeers, Content and UX experts and the Product teams who share your ambition to grow.
* Turn CRO best practices into team standards and raise the bar across the organisation.
* Experiment with new audiences, traffic drivers and creatives to fuel acquisition efficiency.

The Ideal CRO Expert
* You are a creative, data‑driven optimizer who thrives on experimentation and continuous learning.
* You challenge the status quo and bring fresh energy to every digital journey.
* You have 5+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, analytics or e‑commerce.
* You have expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and structured experimentation.
* You havea strong grasp of UX, digital behaviour and SEO fundamentals.
* You have collaborative mindset and ease working in an agile, international environment.
* A B2B expertise / background is preferred, but not a must.
* You hold a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
* You are fluent in English, and Dutch or French.
