Job description: trilingual Business Analyst (insurance sector)
Hybrid (2-3 days remote, on-site presence required)
Contract: 1-year contract (renewable)

We are looking for a Trilingual Business Analyst with strong experience in the insurance sector, particularly in legal protection insurance. You will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly translated into structured requirements and actionable deliverables.
Key responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with business teams and IT to gather, analyze, and formalize requirements
* Translate business needs into BPMN diagrams + User stories and structured documentation
* Define and manage backlog prioritization in alignment with stakeholders
* Support the implementation of solutions by defining clear deliverables and project plans
* Act as a bridge between non-technical business users and technical teams
* Ensure alignment between project objectives and business expectations
Key projects
* Legal invoice management project:
o Transformation of the IT system used to manage and visualize invoices from lawyers.
o You will help business stakeholders (with limited IT knowledge) define priorities and ensure smooth communication with IT teams.
* Underwriting digitalization program:Large-scale, long-term project focused on the digitalization of underwriting processes and policy management systems.
Required skills & experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry (mandatory)
* Strong knowledge of legal protection insurance (highly preferred)
* Experience with BPMN modeling and requirements formalization
* Ability to manage and prioritize a project backlog
* Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
* Experience working on digital transformation projects is a plus
* Languages:Trilingual profile required (e.g., English, French, Dutch or equivalent)
