Feedback Coordinator – KONE BeLux KONE BeLux has an exciting opportunity for a Feedback Coordinator (Technical Support), responsible for managing warranty parts, coordinating related continuous improvement, and supporting key digital tools and upgrade orders. Responsibilities Coordinate the handling of observations and non-conformities related to guaranteed parts and paid supplies. Collect and structure the necessary information for non-conformities requiring material delivery. Act as a liaison between team leaders, project managers, and factories to ensure proper follow-up of purchase orders under warranty. Support field teams with technical input to identify and describe issues and required materials. Provide clear justifications for non-conformities to ensure fast resolution and replacement delivery. Identify root causes and contribute to process improvements to avoid recurrence. Ensure smooth and transparent communication between field and supply chain teams. Keep the QFB (Quality Feedback) tool up to date. Manage and follow up on upgrade orders, particularly for FBL (France, Belgium and Luxembourg). Provide support to the key user on specific applications and tools related to warranty and quality processes. Participate in continuous improvement meetings and contribute to action plans for technical warranty management. Profile Technical background or strong interest in technical/operational environments. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn. Good digital and administrative skills (working with systems, tools, and data).
