Job Description The Energy & Utilities sector is undergoing profound transformation driven by the acceleration of the energy transition and decarbonisation targets, the rapid integration of renewable and decentralised energy sources, grid modernisation and flexibility needs, as well as increasing digitalisation (data, AI, automation), evolving regulation and rising customer expectations. As a Senior Consultant in Energy & Utilities, you will support and lead strategic transformation initiatives for clients across the energy sector. You will help Utilities and Energy players navigate major industry shifts, combining strong business acumen with technology insight to deliver high-impact consulting engagements that create tangible business value. This role requires strong experience within the Energy & Utilities industry. We are looking for a professional who understands the sector from the inside, can speak the language of our clients and brings a sharp, structured and strategic perspective to complex challenges. You will operate with a consultant–entrepreneur mindset: autonomous, accountable, opportunity-driven and capable of seeing both the granular details and the broader strategic picture. Key Responsibilities Support and lead consulting engagements with Energy & Utilities clients on strategic, organizational and digital transformation topics. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, challenging assumptions, bringing external perspective and ensuring strategic alignment between business ambition and execution. Demonstrate high autonomy in structuring complex problems, conducting analyses and delivering actionable recommendations. Analyze current operating models, processes and IT landscapes; identify improvement opportunities and design target states. Support the delivery of transformation roadmaps (e.g., grid modernization, digital platforms, data & AI initiatives). Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders. Contribute to proposal writing, thought leadership and business development activities while proactively identifying new opportunities within existing accounts to support the growth of the Energy & Utilities practice.
