As a member of the steering committee, the CFO will work in close collaboration with the CEO and Executive Committee to support and adapt the company’s strategic plans while ensuring robust financial performance.Who We AreN-SIDE is a world leader in increasing the efficiency of life sciences and energy industries by providing software and services that optimize the use of natural resources, facilitating the transition to a more sustainable world.To achieve this, N-SIDE leverages its deep industry knowledge, technical expertise, and understanding of applied mathematics to help global pharmaceutical and energy companies anticipate, adapt, and optimize their decisions.In the life sciences industry, N-SIDE reduces waste in clinical trials, leading to more efficient, faster, and more sustainable clinical trials.In the energy industry, N-SIDE helps electricity market and grid operators in enabling a safer and faster transition toward renewable sources.What you’ll doDefine and execute the long-term finance strategy in partnership with the CEO and Executive Committee, aligned with evolving business goals.Lead and develop the Finance organization (Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Revenue Operations).Serve as a strategic advisor on investments, growth opportunities, and deliver actionable financial insights to support key decisions.Establish and monitor KPIs aligned with growth and expansion targets, driving improvements in margins, cost control, cash flow, and operational efficiency.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, risk management, and revenue optimization in partnership with Revenue Operations, ensuring alignment with financial goals and risk tolerance.Oversee CRM tool and process (Salesforce) with the Revenue Operations team (RevOps) to optimize revenue streams and improve forecasting accuracy and customer profitability calculations.Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Revenue Operations. Identify talent needs and foster continuous development.Lead finance and business transformation initiatives to enhance performance, efficiency, and compliance across all finance and accounting processes.About youYou bring strong financial acumen, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative leadership style.
