Support Western European subsidiaries in HR operations and leadership. Implement global HR strategy and advise local teams. Based in Zele (Belgium), for an international industrial company in full transformation
Your responsibilities
As Regional HR Business Partner for Western Europe, you will play a key role in supporting local subsidiaries in aligning with the company’s global HR strategy. You will work closely with the Regional HR Representative and global HR colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-quality HR approach across the region.
Your scope includes:
1. Implementing global and regional HR initiatives at local level
2. Advising and supporting local managers on leadership, performance and talent development
3. Delivering operational HR support to subsidiaries without local HR staff
4. Contributing to cross-country HR projects (. succession planning, employee engagement, training & development)
5. Ensuring compliance with local labour regulations across 12 European countries
6. Building strong relationships with local teams and acting as a trusted HR advisor
Profile
We are looking for an internationally minded HR professional who thrives in a decentralised, entrepreneurial environment.
You bring:
7. An university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
8. Several years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in an international context
9. Strong interpersonal and advisory skills, with a hands-on mentality
10. Fluency in English; German is a strong asset
11. Readiness to travel occasionally across Western Europe
12. Residence in Belgium, in the proximity of the Zele office (2 days/week)
