We are currently looking for an Agile Product Owner to join a dynamic client environment and lead product development in an Agile framework.
Mission Context
As an Agile Product Owner, you will act as the voice of the customer and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are translated into a clear product vision.
You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog, ensuring the development team has a full understanding of the product and that each sprint delivers consistent value.
Working closely with the Scrum Master and Development Team, you will play a key role in driving product strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Product Design & Strategy
* Define the product vision, roadmap, and overall strategy
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
* Prioritize and manage the Product Backlog
* Ensure alignment between all stakeholders
Delivery & Agile Framework
* Plan iterations and define sprint priorities
* Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs, etc.)
* Ensure product consistency and quality throughout development
* Adjust backlog priorities dynamically during sprints
* Act as decision-maker on product functionalities
Agile Mindset
* Positive attitude and pragmatic approach

* Ability to learn from feedback and drive continuous improvement
Profile
Education
* Bachelor or Master degree
Certification
* PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner)
Languages
* English – Mandatory
* Dutch – Nice to have
* French – Nice to have
Experience & Skills
Mandatory
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong expertise in Agile methodologies
* Experience in Project & Budget Management
Nice to have
* Knowledge of the automotive sector
