Comptable - Family Office, Management Financier
L'objectif de ce poste est d'accueillir un comptable dans une petite équipe basée dans des bureaux luxueux. Cette fiduciaire est gérée avec compétence par un directeur chaleureux qui a fait fortune grâce à des investissements réussis.
Ce secteur compte 10 employés et vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec un collègue Assistant Comptable et le Chef Comptable de l'organisation. Cette structure simple permet au travail d'être facilement distribué et respecte les délais.
Cette société continue de croître jour après jour et recherche donc actuellement une personne pour soutenir cette croissance.
Vos responsabilités incluent la comptabilité, la finance et la fiscalité :
* You work as an Accountant : you are in charge of monitoring files and investments for your manager (SOPARFIs, Holdings, Investment Funds).
* You review and prepare annual accounts, as well as all accounting entries.
* You also prepare some tax declarations, and are in contact with a service provider to transmit the correct information and maintain a smooth collaboration.
* In addition to this accounting aspect, you are the person on whom your manager can rely, reserving airline tickets, reminding important meetings.
* You also make sure that office life is pleasant and that nothing is missing in the company.
* Finally, you analyze contracts received by contacts from your manager, linked to investments, to verify that everything is in order. You remind your manager of the various signatures and remarks to be made on certain contracts.
Profil et parcours
* You speak fluently French and English. You do not need to master these two languages with a native level, but you must be able to speak them easily during meetings and in the context of office life.
* You have already worked with a portfolio of clients composed of financial companies, or in a Family Office in Luxembourg. This experience has lasted at least two years.
* You like versatility and it is essential for you to be able to work in a company that will give you the opportunity to have diverse responsibilities.
* You have a stable professional career with one or two employers.
