To this end, it is seeking a Talent & Development Specialist capable of driving the talent development strategy, contributing to HR innovation, and supporting the company''s growth and success through effective training management and internal skills development.
In this role, you will play a key part in proposing and implementing a high quality, long term Soft HR structure for the entire company workforce.
Your responsibilities :
Training & Development
* Contribute to the design and implementation of the Talent Development policy by defining the company''s training plan and ensuring its execution.
* Develop and launch training programs to foster continuous employee development.
* Identify skill gaps and develop targeted growth strategies.
* Cultivate a culture of continuous learning to support professional advancement.
* Support managers in addressing their development needs.
Talent Management
* Implement talent management practices, including succession planning.
* Identify and develop key competencies required to achieve organizational goals.
* Enhance processes and systems to optimize every aspect of the employee lifecycle.
* Actively participate in the internal mobility strategy by identifying career development opportunities and supporting employees in their progression.
HR Project Management
* Lead and coordinate various strategic HR projects, such as reving annual review processes and implementing talent development programs, ensuring seamless integration into existing policies and practices.
* Contribute to HR policy development by introducing innovative ideas and concepts for talent management, collaborating on various HR projects, and ensuring their successful execution.
* Employer Branding: Implement innovative initiatives to strengthen the company''s reputation in the job market, in collaboration with the Brand & Communication department.
