As our Senior Project Manager – Data Center Development, you will take full ownership of delivering high-value infrastructure project across Belgium.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end Data Centre project development (design, permitting, construction, commissioning)
* Manage budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, contractors, consultants, authorities)
* Oversee procurement and contract negotiations
* Ensure compliance with Belgian regulations and industry standards
* Drive stakeholder communication at executive level
* Implement best practices in health & safety, sustainability, and quality assurance
Your Profile:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in construction or infrastructure projects
* Proven experience in Data Centres, mission-critical facilities, or complex technical builds
* Experience managing €100M+ projects
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
* Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a strong asset)
