🔍 Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll take the lead in identifying new opportunities, managing international distributors, and ensuring successful product launches in both new and existing markets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving international growth by identifying and onboarding strategic commercial partners
* Leading end-to-end deal negotiations and agreement execution
* Coordinating market entry and supporting registration efforts with internal stakeholders
* Supporting partners with training, product positioning, and field engagement strategies
* Monitoring performance metrics and implementing action plans to ensure commercial success
* Representing the company at international congresses and trade events
* Providing sales forecasts to support supply chain and operational planning
✅ Your Profile:
* University degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field
* 10+ years' experience in international business development, preferably in medtech or pharma
* Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing distributor relationships
* Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
* Fluent in English (Spanish and/or French are strong advantages)
