PpWe are looking for a visionary executive and enterprise sales authority for SureWx, a recognized global leader in optimising aviation cold weather operations for marquee customers in the global airline and airport sectors. /p pAs the Executive Vice President of Sales, you are the central driving force in transforming complex technology service offerings into sustainable revenue growth and seven-figure ACV deals. Your focus is to develop a robust, international commercial strategy that is seamlessly balanced with hands‑on execution and leadership of a high performance commercial team. /p h3About the role /h3 pAs the EVP of Sales reporting directly to, and working very closely with, the President as part of the executive management team, you are directly accountable for SureWx’s global sales strategy. Priorities include expanding the scope of SureWx’s existing, long-term customer relationships and acting as the commercial mentor for SureWx’s organisational culture. You will drive sustainable revenue growth by opening new markets, growing the existing revenue base, and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder SaaS and data solution sales cycles with TCVs up to multiple seven‑figures. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCraft corporate sales strategies that include relevant, measurable objectives and execute tactical plans within agreed general management parameters that deliver strong and durable revenue growth. /li liEstablish a rigorous enterprise sales and account management culture by implementing “best-practice” methodologies, repeatable processes, and continuous learning/training programs (e.g. Key Account Management, CRM, etc.). /li liDevelop an action oriented, fact-based commercial reporting system and take personal ownership for delivering regular board level reports that identify risk and reflect measurable progress toward achieving corporate goals. /li liBuild your team and implement structured talent development and performance management. Develop and mentor high‑performing individuals as their trusted advocate while converging existing approaches to known best practices based on well communicated expectations. /li liLead from the front with significant hands‑on involvement managing complex buying centres and closing value‑based, enterprise sales opportunities both directly and in support of your individual team members (get ready to roll up your sleeves and be directly involved on the front lines). /li liUndertake intensive, personal face‑to‑face outreach with your staff and their customers (located mainly in North America and Europe) during the first six months of your mandate. Subsequently maintain a regular presence on‑site nurturing executive level relationships with key customers. /li liEstablish a continuous market feedback loop through your customer facing organization that ensures internal product development investment decisions align with actual market value and customer needs/expectations. /li liTransform SureWx’s corporate value into profitable relationships with senior/executive members from multiple operating groups within the airline’s organization. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 pWe are looking for an individual who is eager to flourish as a strategic leader with an established, international, entrepreneurial organization and who can thrive in an industry (commercial aviation) with very high performance standards. You will possess a proven track record of strategic sales planning and execution, managing senior relationships at large, international enterprise customers with complex requirements, sophisticated skills as a senior global sales manager with corporate revenue and performance targets, and demonstrable general management experience. /p pYou have an innate command of strategic commercial strategy, natural team leadership, a nuanced appreciation of risk‑taking, consultative sales acumen, and sophisticated negotiating skills with the reputation as a closer. You ideally hold a commercial or business‑oriented educational background with experience in a technical domain.
