Responsibilities:
1. Lead Media Strategy:Develop and execute regional media plans, overseeing the entire process from planning, budgeting, and agency management to performance tracking, analysis, and optimization. This includes collaborating with brand managers to align local strategies with broader business objectives and ensuring consistency across all media channels.
2. Maximize Campaign Impact:Define campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and advise brand and marketing managers on budget allocation and optimization strategies to maximize ROI. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.
3. Collaborate Across Teams:Partner effectively with international/global digital teams, other affiliates, and the eCommerce team to leverage insights, align off-site and on-site media efforts, and maintain consistent messaging. Lead joint media reviews with key stakeholders.
4. Manage Social Media:Oversee social media communities, ensuring adherence to social media, pharmacovigilance, and brand guidelines.
5. Drive Innovation:Stay informed on media trends and emerging technologies, and participate in or lead projects related to media planning and execution.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
6. University-level degree in Business or a comparable field.
7. Minimum 5 years of experience in (trade) marketing or related fields.
8. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the planning, development, and execution of digital direct-to-consumer media campaigns (either agency or client-side), including CRM.
9. Fluent English and Dutch.
10. Certifications or hands-on experience in GD360, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager.

11. Digital Marketing Expertise:Experience in the FMCG sector with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing digital programs, including programmatic media buying. Retail media advertising and CRM experience are highly desirable.

13. Collaborative Leadership:Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and lead without formal authority.

15. Project Management Prowess:Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
