Your Role
Join Capgemini as a Junior HCM consultant where you will have the opportunity to participate in every phase of end-to-end implementations in the field of Human Capital Management. We implement HR software including PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP HR. You will collaborate with clients across industries, guiding them through every stage of their HRIS journey—from requirements gathering to deployment and long‑term adoption.
Your Responsibilities
* Preparation & Discovery: collaborate with clients to gather, analyze and understand their business requirements; advise on solution design and possibilities; lead workshops and demos to present the proposed solution.
* Design & Configuration: translate business needs into efficient HR processes; configure requirements and HR processes in the system; support testing activities with the client and project team to enable seamless adoption of the solution.
* Training & Enablement: train clients to drive successful adoption and maximize engagement; develop and deliver tailored training materials to empower end users and ensure confident usage.
* Deployment & Relationship Building: support go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition; foster long-term relationships by providing post-deployment guidance and support.
* Innovation: stay up to date with release updates of the tool and proactively suggest enhancements to maximize client value.
Your Profile
We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, or similar
* Technical skills in SQL are a big plus
* Strong command of Dutch and French is a must, with professional proficiency in English
* Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
* Talent for detecting business needs and creating added value
* Collaborative mindset & customer-oriented attitude to deliver high-quality solutions
* Pragmatic, autonomous, structured, and loyal
* Values long-term relationships with customers and colleagues
* Eligible for security clearance
