Who We’re Looking For
We work with freelancers that:
* Have 2–10+ years of experience in Tech or IT
* Deliver autonomously and integrate quickly into teams
* Have a clear positioning — role, stack, expertise
* Are comfortable operating in consulting, corporate or scale-up environments
* Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
* Are based in Belgium or open to relocating (valid work permit required)
* Speak FR and/or NL, with professional fluency in English
