As a Tribe Release Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our initiatives, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and maintain solutions that support our credit activity. AND IN DETAILAs a Tribe Release Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing release plans across multiple squads, evaluating risks, analyzing lead times, and coordinating activities between teams. You'll monitor progress, identify deviations from planned timelines, and negotiate alternative solutions. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to interact constructively with various stakeholders, from squad members to tribe leadership. You'll also ensure professional software configuration management, stimulate the introduction of version control, and provide consolidated deployment runbooks for each release moment.
