Your Role: Technical Sales Manager – Driving Growth Across Europe
As Technical Sales Manager, you are a key driver in our international commercial strategy. With a strong technical background and a passion for building trusted relationships, you’ll support customers across Europe with both pre- and post-sales expertise. You’ll act as both sales professional and technical consultant, ensuring our solutions are successfully integrated into your customers’ systems and projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of SafeLine clients in Europe, while identifying new strategic opportunities.
* Provide technical sales support for SafeLine’s full product range — including lift controls, emergency communication, displays, and remote monitoring solutions.
* Guide customers through the integration of our products, offering consultative support from specification to delivery.
* Create and implement commercial policies and sales strategies tailored to European markets.
* Collaborate with international teams across sales, product development, and marketing to ensure localized success.
* Represent SafeLine at key industry events, exhibitions, and client visits (travel approx. 20–30%).
Who You Are
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, ideally electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
* 5+ years of experience in a technical or commercial B2B role — preferably in the elevator or automation industries.
* A confident communicator and trusted advisor, equally comfortable with clients and engineers.
* Self-starter with a hands-on mentality, driven by results and long-term relationships.
* Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
