W Racing Team, known as Team WRT, is a professional autosport racing team, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Bierset, with a subsidiary in America.
Apart from running various international race programs, WRT is also known as manufacturer through its subsidiary, WRT Manufacturing which develops roll cages and chassis reinforcement for several of the world’s largest works motorsport programs, including the complete build of some race cars.

The WRT Accountant is a full-time position based at WRT’s state-of-the-art headquarters in Bierset, Belgium, directly opposite Liège Airport. The role is part of the Accounting & Administration Team (5 members) and reports to the Head of Accounting & Administration.
The duties of the WRT Accountant will include:
Accounts Payable & Payments
Prepare, process, and execute supplier payments and ensure timely supplier follow-up
Manage and reconcile corporate credit card statements
Tax & Compliance
Perform monthly VAT reconciliations
Prepare and submit mandatory reports to the National Bank of Belgium (NBB)
Assist in the preparation of annual accounts, related documentation, and tax returns
Reporting & Closing
Support monthly financial closing and reporting
Assist with quarterly reporting activities
Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliations
Support the preparation of the annual audit
Internal Support & Collaboration
Provide first-line accounting support to internal stakeholders
Assist with the preparation of sales invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365
The WRT Accountant should have the following profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
Strong professional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Excellent analytical skills with a structured and methodical approach
Hands-on mindset with a flexible “can-do” and “will-do” attitude
Ability to manage workload effectively and perform under tight deadlines
Proactive and solution-oriented problem solver
Strong motivation to achieve objectives and deliver results
