BEUC – The European Consumer Organisation is looking for an E-learning Developer to reinforce its Capacity Building team. As an e-learning developer, you will turn complex policy and relevant workplace skills into engaging e-learning material that creates real, EU-wide impact. Functieomschrijving The E-learning Developer plays an important role in creating and building quality e-learning programs. The E-Learning Developer is implicated in: Developing interactive e-learning modules (quizzes, scenarios, drag-and-drop, subtitles) using specialised authoring software (SCORM compliant) ensuring quality and timely execution. Liaising with Experts to create learning content and to convene their work in digestible e-learning material. Contributing to the development and delivery of trainings (online and in person) in collaboration with the Capacity Building team. Coordinating feedback and revisions with the Training Coordinator and other stakeholders. Maintaining clear documentation of course structures and development processes. Duties may evolve according to the development of team and its activities. Master’s Degree in instructional design, education, digital learning, multimedia, communication, or a related field. Fluent written and verbal communication in English (the interview will be in English). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and usability. You are a team player and highly organised professional capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
