THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will act as a central link between Commercial Planning, Field Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will translate commercial strategies into clear, structured, and actionable plans, ensuring flawless communication, prioritization, and execution in the field.
You will support the end-to-end deployment of commercial initiatives, from planning and coordination to execution tracking and reporting. Working closely with Field Sales, Marketing, and other commercial teams, you will ensure that plans are clearly communicated, properly sequenced, and effectively executed.
This position is designed as a development and transition role, offering strong visibility within the commercial organization and exposure to multiple stakeholders. It is particularly suited for professionals with a solid understanding of sales fundamentals who are ready to grow into broader commercial planning and coordination responsibilities.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Supporting the development and deployment of commercial plans for Belgium and Luxembourg
* Translating commercial initiatives into clear, structured plans and communications for Field Sales
* Managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives to ensure smooth and timely execution
* Acting as a key point of contact between Field Sales and commercial stakeholders
* Coordinating and supporting cross-functional commercial projects
* Maintaining planning, tracking, and reporting tools (primarily Excel-based)
* Supporting internal communication via platforms such as Teams and SharePoint
* Contributing to activity tracking, basic analysis, and documentation of commercial initiatives
KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Fluency in English is mandatory
* Good command of Dutch or French is required for local market interaction
* Commercial background with a clear understanding of sales fundamentals (field execution, customer engagement, basic activation)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent priority-setting and planning capabilities
* Analytical mindset with the ability to structure and interpret data
* Working knowledge of Excel (basic to intermediate level required)
* Experience with Power BI and Salesforce (Reef) is a plus but not required
* High learning agility, curiosity, and motivation to grow within a commercial organization
