To support its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Receptionist to join its Executive Office team.
This position is offered on a 3/4 part-time basis.
As the first point of contact and the face of the company, you play a key role in welcoming visitors, coordinating activities and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the reception area.
YOUR ROLE
* Provide a professional and welcoming front desk and telephone reception for visitors, partners and employees, ensuring a positive guest experience (check-in, badges, orientation, beverages, message follow-up);
* Manage the reception inbox and ensure prompt and structured handling of internal and external requests;
* Receive, sort and follow up on incoming and outgoing mail and parcels (Bpost, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), maintain tracking files and ensure proper communication;
* Act as the point of contact for fleet management (keys, documents, vehicle check-in/check-out, Fleet/HR follow-up) and for certain external partners;
* Ensure the proper functioning and presentation of reception areas and ground-floor meeting rooms (cleanliness, preparation, equipment, availability);
* Manage orders and restocking of office supplies, beverages, coffee and light catering (sandwiches, fruit, ad hoc orders);
* Provide administrative and logistical support, including hotel and transfer bookings, printing, mailings, employee gifts, badges and internal documents;
* Collaborate with various departments and provide ad hoc support to teams (e.g. HR, internal events);
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reception operations and logistical flows.
YOUR PROFILE
* Well-organized and administratively oriented, you are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
* You ideally hold an administrative-oriented degree (e.g. Management Assistant) and have a first experience in a similar role (internship, student job, temporary assignment, etc.);
* You are fluent in French, both written and spoken, and have a B2 level in English;
* You are comfortable with office tools and have a good command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel);
* Excellent presentation and strong service mindset;
* Reliable, discreet, flexible and detail-oriented;
* Strong interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication;
* Solution-oriented mindset, able to remain calm and handle unexpected situations effectively;
* Autonomous, proactive and reactive, with a strong sense of organization;
* Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
