As Head of Data & AI, you will lead the Data, AI, and BI teams within the IT service unit. You will be responsible for defining and executing the Data, AI & BI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and product goals. Your role will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization and its institutions.
You will manage a team, oversee the department's budget, and ensure the delivery of high-impact data initiatives. You will also be the key liaison between internal stakeholders (IT Management Team, Domain and Product Managers, EXCO, Board of Directors) and external partners (suppliers, end-users, and market networks).
You want to:

Profile sought
You have:
- Exceptional communication skills with internal stakeholders and strong public speaking abilities.
- Proven experience in people management, managing teams of 15+ people.
- At least 10 years of experience in data governance & quality, AI, BI, or a related domain.
- Proven experience in agile environments and in managing complex projects.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
Duration
- Duration: minimum 6 months with potential extension.
