We are currently looking for an Interim Marketing Director to cover a maternity leave from June 15 to December 4, 2026. This is a key role at the heart of our strategy and growth, with a broad and hands‑on scope.
Your role As Interim Marketing Director, you will be a member of the Executive Committee and work closely with the CEO and our passionate teams.
1. Strategy & Performance Management Ensure the implementation of the defined marketing strategy
Effectively deploy the omnichannel marketing plan (retail, digital, B2B)
Monitor KPIs and drive performance
Manage the budget and prioritize initiatives
Ensure rigorous, results‑driven operational management
2. Brand & Communication Ensure consistency and proper execution of the brand platform
Implement communication actions (press, influencers, partnerships)
3. Commercial Activation Deploy in‑store marketing and trade marketing actions
Implement activation plans and B2B marketing initiatives
4. eCommerce & CRM Monitor and optimize website performance
Activate CRM and customer loyalty levers
Leverage customer data to improve the omnichannel journey
Monitor customer satisfaction indicators (NPS, tastings)
Oversee helpdesk and online reviews management
Ensure consistency of the customer experience across all touchpoints
Ensure smooth execution of the innovation pipeline
Coordinate product launches and associated processes
7. Leadership & Organization Lead and support the marketing team on a daily basis
Prioritize, structure, and ensure timely execution
Coordinate with internal teams (retail, production, etc.)
Represent marketing within the Executive Committee
Maintain a strong field presence (shops/workshops)
Profile Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior marketing role, ideally in retail or a strong brand environment (luxury, premium, food, FMCG)
Ability to quickly take ownership of a broad scope and ensure continuity with rigor
Strong combination of strategic vision and hands‑on execution
Excellent analytical skills and KPI‑driven mindset
Strong prioritization, structuring, and time management skills
Natural leadership with the ability to align and coordinate cross‑functional teams
Strong sensitivity to brand, customer experience, and field operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in French, with a good knowledge of Dutch
