JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Business Performance & Pricing Senior Analyst to join our Parts, Accessories & Apparel (PA&A) team in the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in supporting our business through responsibilities such as long-term sales forecasting, performance monitoring across countries and pricing adjustments aligned with regional dynamics.

The position is based in Ghent, Belgium and reports to the EMEA PA&A Manager based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
1. Long-term sales planning (30%):
1. Provide annual demand planning inputs and validate overall trends for budget and forecast exercises
2. Provide strategic guidance on long-term direction based on market trends
3. Lead target-setting for our network using historical data, business context, new product development, and other key drivers
2. Sales monitoring and projection (50%):
4. Analyze recent trends and plan for quarter and year-end projections identifying risks and opportunities
5. Monitor weekly sales at country and category level; share actionable insights with the commercial team.
6. Track penetration rates (PA&A vs. vehicles) across defined groupings (country, sales rep, dealer, distributor) to identify high and low performers and recommend improvement
7. Conduct ad-hod analyses to steer our commercial decisions or provide feedback to the product team
3. Pricing monitoring & guidance (20%):
8. Perform price benchmark for key categories to ensure competitiveness in the region and prepare business cases for adjustments
9. Collect and map competitor pricing data regularly.
10. Validate price lists for PA&A for dealers and distributors in EMEA and updated prices lists files for given tools
11. Ensures price harmonization between regions (INTL / NA / EMEA) in order to guarantee neutral pricing and avoid affecting unit sales or provoking grey import
12. Ensure PA&A pricing parameters and processes are documented, followed up and improved
13. Set up required parameters in SAP to match commercial policy and ensures pricing strategy and commercial policy benefits evolve in a balanced manner
14. Support Shopping cart launch to ensure pricing integrity for all markets / dealers / distributors
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
15. Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree is a plus.
16. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in quantitative analysis / analytical modelling or as a business analyst / advisor (automotive industry is a plus)
17. Advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL; good knowledge of Power BI, Power Query and SAP. Web scraping skills are a plus
18. Self-motivated and able to work independently;
19. Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines
20. Strong financial acumen and business sense, with an ability to connect the dots and tell stories using data
21. European business experience
22. Fluent English, other European languages are a plus
