Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We're looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our team in Brussels. You'll work on scalable applications, contribute to technical decisions, and support DevOps practices. If you're ready to take on impactful projects in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
* Take part in the development and maintenance of applications using C# and .NET technologies.
* Collaborate with technical teams to understand business requirements and implement practical solutions.
* Contribute to code quality by writing unit tests and participating in code reviews.
* Support continuous improvement of codebase quality, performance, and security.
* Work with Blazor or other front-end frameworks (e.g. Angular, React) when needed.
* Assist in deployment activities and grow your experience with DevOps tools and practices.
* Write and maintain clear technical documentation.
* Provide second-level support to help resolve bugs and technical issues.
Your Profile:
* You have a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* 4 to 5 years of experience as a .NET Developer.
* Strong knowledge of C#, .NET (Core or Framework), ASP.NET, and ideally Blazor.
* Experience with relational databases, API development, and integration projects.
* Experience with a modern front-end framework (Angular, React, or JavaScript) is a plus.
* Good understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
* Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure DevOps is a plus, but not mandatory.
* You are autonomous, collaborative, and committed to producing quality work.
* You are fluent in English and French (both spoken and written).
* Dutch is a strong plus and will be considered an asset for working in client environments.
* Able to work on-site in Brussels and adapt to agile environments.
