Als QHSE Engineer ben je betrokken bij maritieme infrastructuur/civiele projecten (d.w.z. haven- en havenconstructies, afgezonken tunnels, tunnels en funderingswerken) die de activiteiten van DEME aanvullen en versterken.
Meer specifiek maak je deel uit van het on-site team van een van onze infra projecten in Nederland. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie en houdt toezicht op alle QHSE-gerelateerde zaken.

7. Adviseren van de medewerkers over QHSE-zaken en organiseren en geven van trainingen, introducties en toolbox meetings audits en inspecties uitvoeren om de effectiviteit van QHSE-programma's te waarborgen
8. aanbevelingen voor verbetering geven en de opvolging van hun implementatie opvolgen
9. volledige interne risicoanalyse en ondersteuning bij het implementeren van de maatregelen
10. ondersteuning, onderhoud en verbetering van ons QHSE-systeem escaleren en communiceren van belangrijke QHSE-problemen en verbeteringsinitiatieven naar de QHSE-afdeling
11. assisteren bij het beoordelen en opvolgen van incident onderzoeken door relevante documentatie te verzamelen en door de implementatie van corrigerende maatregelen op te volgen.
12. Je volgt ook de effectiviteit van de genomen oplossingen op en zorgt voor een goede kennis van de arbeidswetgeving en praktijkcodes van het land, terwijl u op de hoogte blijft van nieuwe wetgeving en eventuele ontwikkelingen.
13. Minimaal bachelordiploma in een relevante discipline
14. 5 jaar of meer ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
15. kennis van Outlook, Word, Excel en PowerPoint
16. analytisch en kritisch denken
17. goede kennis van VCA
18. kennis over ISO 9001, ISO 45001 en ISO 14001

Technical Equipment Supervisor
