Infrastructure PM maintenance / Zaventem travel across BE | operational in FR & NL Your new company Hays Engineering is looking for a new colleague for a client active in mobility and infrastructure management. The organisation is firmly established in Belgium, with its headquarters in Zaventem and a team of around forty‑five employees. Location : Zaventem, with travel throughout Belgium to various sites (Antwerp, Hasselt, Leuven, Charleroi, and others). On average, you will spend 40% of your time in Zaventem and 60% on project sites. Your new role As Project & Maintenance Coordinator, you take on a technical and versatile role. You work across two complementary areas: • Managing investment projects such as large‑scale renovations and restoration works • Planning, coordinating and monitoring studies and works linked to maintenance‑related investments, with particular focus on special technical installations and electric vehicle charging systems. Your responsibilities include: • Coordinating external companies and partners • Following up design, planning and execution of works • Collaborating with engineering consultancies for technical files • Organising site handovers and managing related administrative tasks, including invoices, guarantees, insurances and potential disputes • Coordinating curative and preventive maintenance in close collaboration with the maintenance manager • Following up maintenance reports, regulatory inspections and incidents • Managing and controlling maintenance contracts • Monitoring technical alarms and incidents in cooperation with external monitoring centres Your profile For this role, you bring strong technical expertise and a keen sense of quality. You communicate confidently with a variety of stakeholders, and negotiation comes naturally to you. Your profile includes: • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering, electromechanics or maintenance technology • Five to ten years of relevant experience in technical building management or installations • A good knowledge of AREI standards • Knowledge of energy infrastructures (Synergrid) or the willingness to learn • Excellent command of Dutch and French, both spoken and written • A category B driving licence • A sociable, autonomous personality with a PME spirit.
