Project Architect Job Description
As a hands-on project architect, you'll lead a team of architects daily, collaborating closely on various projects. Your role is pivotal in engaging with clients and refining designs based on their preferences and feedback.
You'll kick off your day with an inspiring brainstorming session with your team, blending creativity and leadership to develop innovative, practical designs. Your expertise in 3D tools will be essential for visualizing and refining concepts.
Your key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, addressing concerns, and maintaining seamless communication with both your team and clients. You'll update project timelines and prepare for the next steps, always aiming to deliver unique, sustainable, and inspiring designs within the established timeframe.
A successful project architect holds a Master's degree in Architecture and has at least 5 years of experience working in a renowned architecture or design firm. Proficiency in Revit is a must, and you bring hands-on experience with large-scale projects. You're fluent in English, and knowledge of another language (Dutch or French) is a plus.
