Your new role As a Sales Administration Officer, you support both the internal and external sales teams by ensuring accurate administrative and commercial follow‑up. You play a key role in delivering a smooth, precise and professional customer experience.Key responsibilities: Ensure the follow‑up of quotations and orders in collaboration with the sales team. Maintain a professional and long‑term relationship with customers and with the field sales team, for whom you act as the internal point of contact. Monitor the order book and proactively update customers on changes. Work closely with colleagues and contribute to the overall functioning of the department, including supporting various internal tasks. Participate in post‑sales follow‑up, assist with customer requests and handle complaints when needed. Ensure process quality and adherence to internal standards. Your profile You hold a commercial diploma, ideally complemented by technical affinity. You have an excellent command of French and Dutch, and a professional level of English. Service‑oriented, organized, accurate and able to manage priorities effectively. Strong communicator, flexible, stress‑resistant and a team player. Confident with computers and proficient in MS Office. A technical foundation enabling you to understand how electronic products (sensors, accessories…) work is a valuable asset. Able to handle urgent situations, take quick decisions and maintain clear communication — including in technical contexts.
