2. Set up, adjust, and operate CNC turning or milling machines
3. Program CNC machines directly at the panel using G-codes (Fanuc / ISO)
4. Machine precision components from different steel types – no mass production!
5. Measure and verify parts to ensure accuracy
6. Keep your workspace clean and safe

7. Experience in CNC turning or milling (Fanuc or similar controls)
8. Ability to read technical drawings and work independently
9. Confident in programming directly on the machine (ISO)
10. Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to improve
11. Comfortable working shifts
12. Communicate well in English
