As Off Trade Sales Representative part of the Belgium off trade team, you will be accountable for ensuring delivery of financial plan targets, strategies and plans with the channel.
Responsibilities
Your main goal is to implement promotional plans, volume, distribution, visibility, persuasion, price and promotion targets in the off trade outlets by managing the relationship with off trade outlets.
* You are accountable for supporting the delivery of business performance and financial plan targets for the channel,
* You will ensure effective Sales A&P spend and departmental costs (T&E) and compliance with all processes and procedures within the channel,
* You will deliver in full the given sales objectives by implementing promotional plan,
* You will achieve Quality Distribution Visibility Persuasion Price Promotion objectives at outlet level by taking direct responsibility for customer relationships and leveraging contacts. Ensures world class execution of all programmes,
* You will increase productivity by effectively recording activity and communicating field info using the sales information tool Sales Force+,
