Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities.Some of your duties include:
1. Providing administrative assistance to the management team
2. Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
3. Overseeing office operations and supporting basic information security administration
4. Arranging travel and accommodation for team members
5. Preparing and maintaining personnel records; assisting with payroll administration
6. Following-up on invoicing and insurance files
7. Handling incoming inquiries and correspondences
Profile
8. You are in possession of a bachelors degree, a few years of work experience is a plus
9. You have excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language
10. You have excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
11. You are well organized and can work independently and accurately
