Responsibilities:

Provide L1/L2 IT support and resolve incidents/service requests efficiently Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and end-user devices Manage ticketing systems, device deployment, software installation, and IT asset records Assist with IT documentation, projects, and continuous service improvements
Skills & Requirements: 5+ years of IT support experience in an international environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, AD, Entra ID, Exchange, Jira, and Confluence Experience with laptops, xjsrcvq peripherals, IP telephony, and mobile device support Fluent in
French and strong English
communication skills PowerShell, SCCM, networking, Windows Server, or ITIL knowledge is a plus
