To support the growth of our Automation team, we are currently hiring an "Automation Engineer" to carry out Automation Engineering required for our Systems projects integrating flow control and mechatronic solutions in the steel making process.
Requirements
The main duty is to provide the hardware design, functional analysis and automation & mechatronics system programming to meet customer specific needs while ensuring proper application integration.
This includes Automation and Mechatronic technical main tasks as:
* Level 0: Field & process engineering - sensors and actuators integration
* Level 1: Control systems - PLC programming
* Level 2: Supervisory systems - Scada & HMI
Industrial robot configuration & programming.
The Automation Engineer is responsible for the technical conception in coordination with customer, project manager and mechanical engineer including product documentation built-up, equipment shop testing and validation, commissioning, and technical assistance. The main projects involve development and integration of robotic automated solutions to perform various operations on the steel continuous casting process and molten steel flow regulation.
Main accountabilities:
* Automation, electrical and mechatronics design work in respect to the technical specifications and project planned delivery milestones.
* Organize and follow up the drafting work of the designer (draftsmen) on the home site and remote sites. Responsible for drawings check, approval, and official release for manufacturing. Consider manufacturing cost parameters in the design.
* Software programming (PLC, HMI).
* Testing & Validation of hardware & functionalities during shop test.
* Commissioning of control command equipment.
Requirements
* Master’s degree in Automation or Mechatronic Engineering
* Automation and Mechatronics. Control Command. Systems Integration.
