Job Description
The main responsibility of the Secure Data Assistant (SDA) is to assist the Secure Data (SD) and Secure Data Analytical Programming (SDAP) teams with all trial related administrative work.
Job description:
1. Support the SD and SDAP team with trial related administrative work:Randomisation list handling (Documentation, distribution, archiving, …)Review of randomisation data (EDC/clinical database)Finalization and follow-up of Data Transfer Agreements and study documentsCorrespondence with External providers related to necessary documentation and status tracking (Data Transfer Agreements, randomisation lists, …)Filing of all appropriate documentation in the trial bindersAssist both teams with all other administrative tasks (courier, letters, filing, archiving, etc…)Perform quality controlsArchiving of closed projects
2. Support the SD team with the completion of budget proposals and with budget follow up
3. Other administrative tasks:Attend team meetings and write meeting minutes and/or reportsParticipate in the validation of SD tools
Qualifications
4. Bachelor office management/ management assistant (medical secretary is a plus) or equivalent through proven experience
5. Languages: very good knowledge of English
6. Good communication skills
7. Good knowledge of MS office
8. Team player
9. Flexible
10. Very accurate and with an eye for detail
11. Respect for deadlines
12. Able to handle multiple priorities
