You can find more information on our website : will work with advanced medical systems used for 3D cardiac mapping and electrophysiology procedures in the context of heart rhythm management. You will install, upgrade, maintain, and repair highly sophisticated systems, working directly with customers on-site and remotely across Belgium and Europe. The position combines extensive travel, front line customer service, and hands-on troubleshooting in clinical environments. You will independently manage your service territory, ensure system reliability, and document all service activities, while complying with health, safety, and environmental standards and supporting the launch of new equipment and product lines..Your responsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly and effectively, using service and troubleshooting principles to restore reliable system performance.Drive customer satisfaction through front line customer service, regular performance reviews, complaint analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.Accurately document all service activities, findings, and resolutions in the Service Management System according to client procedures and timelines.Communicate technical issues, potential risks, and improvement opportunities clearly to management and relevant internal stakeholders as required.Support the launch and ongoing field introduction of new equipment and a new product line within the Electrophysiology Division across multiple countries.Independently manage your service territory in Diegem and across Europe, including planning and prioritizing weekly field and remote service activities.What skills do you bring to the table?Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, providing a solid technical foundation for the role.+2 years experience is required, preferably in field service or the medical device industry, with a solid understanding of service and troubleshooting principles.Proficiency with standard test equipment (e.G., digital multimeter, safety tester) and the ability to apply these tools effectively during diagnostics and repairs.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and off-hours, when required, with a high degree of flexibility to travel on short notice across Europe.Physically able to lift and move equipment up to 35 kg, with frequent standing and bending when installing, servicing, or repairing systems at customer sites.Strong commitment to safety and quality standards, adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards in all field and remote service activities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required and fluency in French a big advantage.Valid driver's license, with willingness to travel up to 80% within Belgium, western and eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and other assigned European regions.Our recruitment processStage 1: Initial telephone interview (15 min) with @Bo, Talent Acquisition Specialist.Step 2: Interview (60 min) with a Business Manager.Step 3: Interview (60 min) with the client.Interested? xjsrcvq Apply now or send an e-mail to so we can get in touch!
