Description Every great customer experience starts with a smooth journey. As a Customer Journey Owner, you take end-to-end ownership of a customer journey, ensuring it works smoothly for customers and the business while continuously driving the customer experience to a higher level. You spot friction, turn insights into concrete improvements, and make sure those improvements get delivered. You collaborate across business and IT, drive initiatives with impact, and keep the customer at the heart of every decision. Your responsibilities : You own and oversee one or more end-to‑end customer journeys, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both customers and the business You continuously monitor journey performance by using data, insights, and customer feedback to detect issues early. You identify friction points and improvement opportunities across all customer touchpoints. You define, prioritize, and drive the delivery of concrete journey improvements, balancing customer-centricity with operational efficiency. You work closely with IT and technical teams to define requirements, assess feasibility, and guide solution design. You act as an Initiative Owner, managing projects end‑to‑end, including building and validating the business case. You act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for your journey domain, managing dependencies, expectations, priorities, and outcomes. You are confident, open‑minded, and direct in your communication. You show a continuous improvement mindset, eager to learn and adopt new ways of working. You have strong technical affinity, understanding IT systems well enough to influence process efficiency and solution design. You challenge stakeholders by selecting the right technical solutions aligned with strategic objectives. You think strategically, understand how data drives the business, and communicate with impact to senior leadership. You have excellent influencing, negotiation, leadership, and coaching skills to guide multidisciplinary teams.
