We are looking for an experienced freelance IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate analytics and BI transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (business teams, IT, data engineers, BI teams, vendors).
Lead the modernization of BI tools, reporting processes, and data visualization standards.
Manage the migration from legacy reporting to modern platforms (Qlik, AWS, Snowflake, Power BI).
Oversee data integration, data quality initiatives, and new data model implementations.
Change Management & Adoption
Drive user adoption through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Risk, Budget & Resource Management
Manage budget follow‑up, resource planning, risks, and mitigation actions.
Ensure on‑time, on‑quality, on‑budget delivery.
Report progress and risks to senior stakeholders and leadership.
Proven experience as a IT Project Manager.
Solid background in ERP and BI / analytics environments (SAP, Qlik, AWS, Snowflake, Power BI).
Strong understanding of data governance, data warehousing, and reporting processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and change‑management skills.
Fluent in French and English (both required).
